Dark patina copper cuff with an etched design of a triquetra.
The triquetra symbolises the three. It could be either the life cycle – nature of life, death, and rebirth; the union of mind, body and spirit; the Maiden, Mother and Crone. It also represents the eternity and the flow of time, amongst many things.
It all started as a raw copper sheet and after some mad sanding, folding, etching and hammering, here it is!
Once the shape was ready, I chucked it into a special darkening vapour bath (stinky stuff). Some time passed, and then the cuff developed a nice black patina. Some sanding followed, then I covered it with a protective glaze, and voila – here it is, ready for your wrist!
This cuff is suitable for larger wrists, it is roughly 7.2cm in diameter and 3cm wide. The cuffs’ opening is 3.9cm, and it is slightly adjustable by gently squeezing it down or opening it a bit more.
